CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

We would like to deliver your orders on time and therefore please pay attention to the following points:

Delivery of goods

The goods are delivered to the address indicated during the order placement. Make sure you provide us with a correct delivery address that does not contain any errors You should give us a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the receipt of the package. The best one is your workplace address cause delivery service prefers office hours. If nobody can be at your home and you can't accept the delivery at your workplace, try with your neighbors’ home. When registering with our e-shop, please make sure you give us your proper phone number. It is helpful for the delivery service to contact you if there’s a problem with the delivery, or if they cannot find your address.

Shipment of goods

The goods in our assortment are sent by such courier companies as DHL, DPD or FEDEX. In the case of Orders of larger quantity of Goods or in the case of unforeseen chance events, the Shop reserves the right to send the goods on another day, which is convenient for the customer, and after it is agreed with the Customer. The delivery time is 3-8 days depending on the country you choose.

We ship the goods from Monday to Friday. We do not send our goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If you have chosen the form of prepayment, then the product is sent after the payment has been credited to our account.

We recommend using the DHL or DPD package tracking system.

After sending the goods, our system should send you all the information, including the Tracking number, on the first day of sending to the e-mail address given when placing the order. If you have missed our e-mail address, you can always check the Tracking number on your account profile when logged in with our e-shop.

Acceptance of delivery

Please check your products immediately after receiving the delivery to make sure they haven’t been damaged in transport. If any damage is visible upon arrival, you have the right to refuse and ask to have it returned to us. If you do not notice the damage when you first open the parcel, please contact us immediately through by email orders@swiss-storage.com.

Due to the specificity of our range, the manner of delivery has been divided into different categories/packages. During selection of goods of different categories of shipment, the highest category constitutes the basis for calculation.

The e-shop shall not bear liability for delays in delivery caused by force majeure. Force majeure shall be deemed to be any event of an external nature, which could not have been prevented, particularly: natural disasters, state of emergency, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, new legal acts or decisions made by administrative authorities which prevent performance of a given party’s obligations. The e-shop undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of the occurrence of any of the above-mentioned events.
